A Long-Term Care Facility Resident Rights Advocate

The Ombudsman Program advocates for the rights, safety, and well-being of residents in long-term care facilities by investigating complaints, resolving concerns, and ensuring residents' voices are heard and respected. Our certified Ombudsman resolves issues surrounding the care and quality of life for people living in care facilities like nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
