Grandmother and Granddaughter

Grandfamilies Program

Program for those 55+ who are raising their grandchildren

Programs include Adult Support Group, Friend 2 Friend, Children's Support Group and Advocacy and Crisis Intervention. 

CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP

Helping Support Local Caregivers

Our caregiver support group is for those who are caring for a loved one. Here you are able to share your feelings and learn from others' experiences. Held every Tuesday at 1:00 over Zoom.

Hands Up

Caring for our seniors is perhaps the greatest responsibility we have. Those who walked before us have given so much and made possible the life we all enjoy.
