Who Can Benefit From the Aging Wavier?
The Alternatives Program may be appropriate for individuals who:
Need assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, or mobility
Are experiencing physical frailty, chronic illness, memory loss, or functional limitations
Are at risk of nursing home placement
Prefer to remain safely at home with supportive services
Need help coordinating care, medical services, or community resources
Require short-term or ongoing support to maintain independence
